If you don't recognize the name, you'll surely recognize
the list of accomplishments and credits Shawn Maher as
acquired. With the world of film making becoming
so specialized and rigid it's rare to find a person who
can step outside the box and see things from a unique
perspective but Shawn Maher, CSC - Director of
Photography, is exactly that rare person. Having been a
visual effects cameraman for Toybox, a camera operator
for several features, an Imax Film DP, and a unit DP on
the 2008 Sci-Fi film 'Outlander' Maher's wide array of
experience contributes to his particular strength -
knowing exactly what looks good in front of the camera
and understanding how to achieve a desired effect from
behind it. His awards include ECMA Best Director
for "Great Big Sea; Sea Of No Cares" and "Aaron Lines;
Living Out Loud", ECMA Best Video for "Crush; Live",

Helps Find Permanent Homes for Children now on Line with

The Canada’s Waiting Children (CWC) program is intended
to be an additional resource to prospective adoptive
parents who are going through the adoption process with
an agency in their area. The web site at
