Domain Name Registration, Renewal & Transfer Services
First time customers are required to submit payment in full prior to completion of registration, renewal or transfer process.  The renewal and/or transfer of a domain name extends the life of the domain by "tacking" on one to ten years (length of period requested) to the original expiry date.  All transactions for domain name processing are final.  Refunds in whole or part are not available. 
 

Customer Accounts
Clients having established a favourable credit history with McCann & Cambrian will find the convenience of requesting domain name renewals and new registrations very beneficial and time saving without the need for advance payment arrangements.  Billing for domain name processing is applied to the customer's account only after name has been fully registered.  The client's account is then billed with terms applied of net 30 days; 1.0% monthly; minimum charge 2.00.  All billing is GST applicable (GST Registration No: 136902707).  All amounts are stated in Canadian currency.  For American orders we are happy to make fair exchange and will do so by using the Currency Converter on line at the Bank of Canada.  The exchange rate is calculated on the day of the request for services.
 

Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments are accepted for domain name processing.  We encourage first time customers to remit payment by credit card to expedite the process and reduce risk of loss of the chosen domain name.  Domain names are available on a first come basis** and can not be reserved.  We obtain your credit card information by phone or in person and not on line.  All customer information is kept strictly confidential.  In completing the transaction we will provide a receipt by e-mail and/or by post mail to the customer.  VISA, MasterCard* and American Express* are accepted.
 

Cheque and Money Order Payments
McCann and Cambrian reserves the right to delay registration or renewal services for an appropriate time period necessary for personal or business cheques to clear.  We also reserve the right to delay services pending the arrival of a money order or cheque.  Once a credit history has been established, under normal circumstances, a client can expect us to render services in advance of payment.
 

Further Savings
McCann and Cambrian will provide discounts up to 5.00 on domain name registrations and renewals for our hosting service subscribers.
